 Laughter Yoga is for all levels of fitness and all range of motion, from high intensity to chair. It begins with simulated laughter and breathing techniques and ends with profound effects on your mental and physical state of being.

The "yoga" refers to the yogic breathing which we combine with laughter exercises. The marriage of the two creates a powerful laughter session which boosts the immune system to promote good health!
